1. Do you offer discreet shipping?

—Yes. All of our package(except international) are sent in unmarked boxes.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

—Yes. Please be sure to check your country's policies regarding electrical products, and customs. Shipping cost may vary between countries.

 

3. Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box address?

—Yes. We can ship to PO boxes.

 

4. What if my order is wrong or an item arrives broken?

—If an item arrives to you broken or incorrect, first DO NOT USE THE ITEM. Let us know within 7 days and we will pay the return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.

 

5. Do you offer wholesale orders?
